MISSION
NEO Leadership Foundation's mission is to Connect, Unite and Develop Leaders across cultural boundaries to transform their communities and advance the Kingdom of God.
NEOLF STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND OBJECTIVE
We envision that God will use “NEO Leadership Foundation” to encourage and equip leadership to increase their mastery of three functions:
Engage Leaders of good faith and goodwill
By influencing leaders to identify the needs of greater Cleveland and support them in their respective callings.
Build the Capacity of others and their organizations
To encourage, equip, and expand their capabilities through a discipleship process.
Develop Joint Initiatives
Through convening and connecting with businesses, ministries, civic and church leaders collaborating on community projects.
While leading with prayer in all that we do, consistent application of these three functions over time would transform our region for future generations to come.
