OUR MISSION

NEO Leadership Foundation (NEOLF) is the vision of Jesus Christ premised on the priority of loving God and one another, a vision of leading with servant hearts. Our Mission: Develop, Connect and Unite Leaders across cultural boundaries to transform their communities and advance the Kingdom. We are bound together by 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people who are called by my name, humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

NEOLF was established in 2010 to offer the Lifework Leadership program. Over a six-year period it served nearly 100 graduates. During each 9-month program, national and local speakers taught biblical leadership principles ranging from a leaders calling to the development of a legacy strategy.

In 2019 NEOLF partnered with Convoy of Hope and held an event in Maple Heights where more than 1,000 volunteers from greater Cleveland provided food, supplies and services to 5,000 underserved in the City

  • The NEOLF Board agreed to affiliate with a national association for Leadership Foundations (LF). They provide services to cities throughout the globe. The organizations vision is to see cities across the world transformed into places of shalom:

  • “Men and women of ripe old age will sit in the streets … each with cane in hand” and “city streets will be filled with boys and girls playing there.” Zechariah 8:4-5

    • After approving a strategic direction for NEOLF the Governance Committee started a search to hire our first President. Dan Colantone started as President in April 2021.

  • The current NEOLF Board of Directors includes: Chair Rich Veres, Vice Chair Tim Smith, Dave Cook, Randy Fairfax, Kirt Kirtland, Pastor Ron Morrison, Richard Tanner and Chris Whitmore.

NEOLF STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND OBJECTIVE

To envision that God will use NEOLF to encourage and equip leadership to increase their mastery of three functions:

Engage leaders of good faith and goodwill

By influencing leaders to identify the needs of greater Cleveland and support them in their respective callings.

Build the capacity of others and their organizations

To encourage, equip, and expand their capabilities through a discipleship process.
